Vendor Coordinator (Night Shift – Remote)

Job Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with US-based vendors through phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors providing services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, landscaping, and related services.

  • Negotiate service rates, job timelines, and scope of work to ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • Prepare, update, and manage vendor bids and invoices accurately.

  • Track job progress regularly using Excel sheets and online management tools.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service execution.

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets assigned by the supervisor.

  • Utilize business software and operational tools efficiently for vendor management tasks.


Experience:


  • Up to 2 years of experience in BPO/Data Entry firms, Real Estate, Call Centers, or Direct Selling/Marketing Service companies.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
