Negotiate service rates, job timelines, and scope of work to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare, update, and manage vendor bids and invoices accurately.
Track job progress regularly using Excel sheets and online management tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service execution.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets assigned by the supervisor.
Utilize business software and operational tools efficiently for vendor management tasks.
Up to 2 years of experience in BPO/Data Entry firms, Real Estate, Call Centers, or Direct Selling/Marketing Service companies.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
