Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Admin / Receptionist (Real Estate)

Job Summary
We are a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai seeking a professional and organized Admin / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office documentation and listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors and manage reception area
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries and route to appropriate staff
  • Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments for agents
  • Prepare and organize documentation (tenancy contracts, listing forms, agreements, and office records)
  • Upload and update property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Maintain CRM/database and update client and property information
  • Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers
  • Monitor office supplies and handle basic office administration
  • Assist management and agents with daily operational tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Sales Coordinator, or similar role
  • Real estate industry experience is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable and customer-service oriented
  • Currently based in the UAE (Dubai preferred)
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
