Sale (office) and Planning Associate for event orders

Our company located in DIP-1 (DIP metro station) is looking for a motivated Sales and Planning Associate to support our event orders (rental of equipment, services).

The role involves mainly
1) communication with Clients by Whatsapp and by mails to support clients in choosing audio-video, photo and digital related services for their events;
2) sending the quotations, invoices, payment vouchers to clients;
3) daily preparation of schedule draft for 6-10 people for next day and further days based on the details in the Google calendar,
4) daily support and coordination on documentation/designs/scheduling and assisting the team to ensure high quality of services rendered by our company and to demonstrate our high level of customer service.

Main responsibilities are:

1. Providing technical advice, guidance, and assistance to clients with regard to our services (mostly whatsapp\email) to formulate and to send the quotation for our services;

2. Preparing a daily schedule of orders and tasks for the team of 6-8 persons for next days and distribute their off days;

3. Controlling a start of orders on current day happens on scheduled time; reporting if not;

4. Keeping calendar of orders updated with all required details as per order status;

5. Filling forms and documents required for delivery access, for successful order execution;

6. Ensuring that an assigned team member has everything required to perform order.

Other responsibilities

8. Develop and demonstrate an advisory and consultative sales approach.

9. Ensure quotations and invoices are complete, accurate and submitted on time;

10. Up-sell to existing services and promote new services;

11. Submitting monthly report of total orders scheduled successfully and team attendance report

12. Doing office duties (entering bills, arranging and replenishing items, documents etc)

13. Rarely going to event orders to assist other members

Requirements:

1) To learn fast new technical events services and their technical details

2) To have technical or IT knowledge and experience is advantage

3) To show professional communication level and build rapport with clients;

4) To have good written and verbal English

5) Punctuality, attention to details.

Benefits:

Salary with 2 monthly bonus parts, medical insurance, corporate sim card, conditioned office-store, 2 way yearly ticket for annual leave

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED3,750.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
