About the Company
This role is for Butterfly, the modern trade distribution division of Kreol Group - specialized in the sales and distribution of innerwear clothing to all major hypermarket, supermarket and department store chains across the GCC. Our mens' essentials brand is called John Gladstone/JG and our womens' lingerie lines are called Mariposa/Lily York by Mariposa.

About the Job
We are seeking motivated and physically agile Sales Merchandisers to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our innerwear products are stocked, organized, and displayed effectively across various hypermarkets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a good eye for detail, and is passionate about providing a great shopping experience.

What you'll do:

• Shelf-filling. Make sure our display shelves are fully stocked (replenish the shelves)
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
• Ensure label and pricing accuracy on the shop floor.
• Keep the stock area neat, clean, and organized.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor supply levels and initiate reordering when necessary.
• Rotate stock and manage markdowns to ensure freshness and quality of products.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock taking activities.
• Provide feedback to the management on shopper trends and patterns.
• Engage with store personnel and customers, providing high-quality customer service as needed.
• Ensure that we get full representation of our listed products in the available display space

Who you should be:

• Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for prolonged periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
