Summary: As an Agentic AI Consultant, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agent-based systems that drive enterprise transformation using the Microsoft ecosystem. You will collaborate across teams to discuss and gather the use cases, implement modular, goal-driven AI architectures using orchestrated agents, integrating technologies such as Azure OpenAI Service, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure Machine Learning. The Ability and experience in implementing AI Solutions for overall Cloud Infrastructure optimization will be most desired. Roles & Responsibilities: -Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using orchestrated agent hierarchies on Azure -Lead integration of Azure OpenAI and agentic workflows into Microsoft enterprise platforms (e.g., Power Platform) -Ensure scalability, modularity, and reusability of AI components using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines -Conduct workshops and deep dives to identify client challenges and align them with Microsoft AI solutions -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps using Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework -Advise clients on AI maturity, readiness, and adoption strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem -Drive hands-on development and deployment of agentic AI use cases using Azure ML and Azure Cognitive Services -Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal enablement programs -Build and maintain libraries of reusable agentic components and solution templates Professional & Technical Skills: -Agentic AI Architecture: Strong understanding of orchestrator, super, and utility agents within modular AI systems -Generative AI & LLMs: Experience with Azure OpenAI (GPT), Copilot extensions, and LangChain for Microsoft, Semantic Kernel -Microsoft Stack Proficiency: Expertise in Azure infrastructure services (Azure AI Foundry, Azure VM, networking, storage, monitor, governance, security & compliance) -AI Solutioning: Ability to translate business problems into agentic AI solutions -Cloud Platforms: Azure for scalable AI deployments -Data Engineering: Data wrangling, feature engineering, and model integration -Azure AI Foundry/ Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI Builder: Experience building custom copilots and AI-powered workflows -ServiceNow Integration: For ITSM and hyper-automation use cases -RPA Tools: Power Automate, UiPath -Responsible AI: Familiarity with Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard and governance practices -Client Communication: Ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders Additional Information: -Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field -7.5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in agentic or generative AI -Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
