AI Video Consultant (Training & Enablement)

Location: Remote

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Pay Range: $35.00–$55.00 per hour

Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking an AI Video Consultant (Training & Enablement) for a 4-month remote contract. This consultant will help enhance communication through Artificial Intelligence (AI) by assessing current AI capabilities, implementing AI video production best practices, and training teams to effectively leverage AI-powered tools.

Core Mission

  • Assess the current AI environment and available communication tools.

  • Partner with the COL-BO team to evaluate GCD needs over time (by function, calendar, and business priorities).

  • Define the most appropriate approach for digitalized communication.

  • Train the COL-BO team on AI video production.

  • Provide guidance and best practices to support sustainable AI video production over the long term.

Expected Deliverables

1. Training & Skill Development

  • Develop a structured training program, including learning objectives, session schedules, and prerequisites.

  • Deliver hands-on workshops covering leading AI video tools such as GPT-4, Google Flow, Clipchamp, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create training materials, including slide decks, step-by-step tutorials, and a technical glossary.

  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and provide participation certificates to measure team progress.

2. Operational Implementation

  • Develop a standardized AI video production framework tailored to Sanofi's needs and clinical guidelines.

  • Create reusable templates and workflows for recurring video formats (e.g., internal communications, clinical trial achievement highlights).

  • Provide recommendations for AI tools, licensing requirements, and integration with existing systems.

  • Develop quality control guidelines covering review processes, compliance, GDPR, ethical AI use, and production best practices.

3. Pilot Projects & Demonstration

  • Collaborate with the team to produce 2–3 AI-generated videos for real business use cases (e.g., onboarding, internal campaigns, training modules).

  • Deliver a performance metrics and ROI report documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and measurable business impact.

  • Identify and prioritize AI video use cases specific to Sanofi's business needs.

4. Support & Sustainability

  • Conduct post-training Q&A sessions to reinforce learning and address questions.

  • Provide dedicated technical support for three months following completion of the training program.

  • Maintain living documentation that reflects evolving AI tools and industry best practices.

  • Develop a 6–12-month roadmap for continued AI video capability development within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI video production, AI training, digital communications, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with AI video development tools such as GPT-4, Google Flow, Clipchamp, or similar technologies.

  • Experience delivering AI video solutions within a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Vaccines environment.

  • Experience supporting AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.

Training & Educational Support

  • Experience training users with beginner to intermediate AI knowledge.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional skills.

  • Delivery-oriented with the ability to drive projects from planning through execution.
