AI Video & Creative Specialist (On-site | Dubai)

We are a fast-growing international company based in the heart of Dubai, working across advanced AI solutions, marketing, and premium cosmetic brands.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled AI Video & Creative Specialist who can take ownership of creating high-end, realistic video content powered by artificial intelligence.

This is a key role within our marketing and creative team, with direct impact on multiple global projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, hyper-realistic AI-generated videos for:
• cosmetic and aesthetic products
• AI-driven software platforms
• real estate
• digital marketing campaigns and many more..
• Design and execute creative concepts from idea to final output
• Work with cutting-edge tools such as generative video, image, and animation AI systems
• Develop and optimize advanced prompts (prompt engineering) to achieve premium visual results
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling
• Deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora-style tools, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Proven ability to create realistic, cinematic-quality AI visuals and videos
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and aesthetics
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
