Job Title: Digital Media & Brand Operations Manager
Role Objective
The Digital Media & Brand Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s digital presence. This is an on-site, multifaceted role requiring technical proficiency in content production, social media strategy, and digital asset management. The successful candidate will ensure that all digital platforms are consistently updated, professional, and aligned with company operations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Presence & Social Media Management
- Maintain and execute a consistent upload schedule across all corporate social media platforms.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation to ensure a professional digital footprint.
- Deliver high-quality digital content that accurately reflects the brand’s industry standing.
2. On-Site Content Production
- Conduct regular site visits to capture high-definition video and photographic assets of industrial machinery and operations.
- Execute full-cycle video production, including raw footage capture, post-production editing, and distribution.
- Coordinate directly with technical staff and engineers to gather accurate machine specifications and performance details for content accuracy.
3. Design & Documentation
- Design and update professional digital brochures, technical PDFs, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all technical documents are formatted correctly and accessible for sales and client use.
4. Operations & Asset Management
- Maintain a structured and comprehensive archive of all digital assets, including raw footage, edited clippings, and historical records.
- Manage the internal library of digital brochures and technical documentation.
- Provide basic oversight and maintenance of the company website and e-commerce platform, ensuring data integrity and updated product listings.
Requirements
- Video Production: Proficiency in video editing software and mobile cinematography. Must be comfortable working in industrial or field environments.
- Graphic Design: Basic Knowledge in professional design tools for the creation of corporate documentation and sales assets (Adobe Illustrator)
- Platform Management: Practical experience managing corporate social media accounts and e-commerce backends.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage large volumes of data and coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously.
- Communication: Ability to interface with technical teams to extract and synthesize information for digital output.
