Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with salon promotions and campaigns.
• Generate unique and trend-based ideas for social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram).
• Record, direct, and edit high-quality videos and photos of salon services, transformations, and staff activities.
• Collaborate with salon team members for content planning and recording sessions.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand tone across all digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty and social media trends to create engaging and viral content.
• Plan and manage the posting schedule for all content platforms.
• Analyze engagement metrics to improve content reach and performance.
• Confidently participate in videos and photoshoots (comfortable in front of camera).
• Support marketing campaigns and creative collaborations.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per salon environment).
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or brand builder.
• Must have experience in building a brand or personal brand online.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (mobile or professional).
• Confident, creative, and camera-friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and digital media.
