  • Pay Range: $24.00 - $31.00/hour based on experience
  • Shift: 8 am - 5 pm ET, Monday - Friday, hours may vary based on business needs throughout the year

What You’ll Be Doing


As an AI Video Editor, your role will primarily be to take our Founder’s business and life stories and convert them using AI tools into fun and interesting television ads. Our ads are running on many streaming and cable TV platforms. Your responsibilities will primarily include:


  • Video Editing: Proficiently editing video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, visual coherence, and storytelling continuity. 
  • Video Filming and/or Creation: We consistently use AI to create realistic video footage. You will be responsible for researching, self-learning, testing, and productively using many of the new AI video creation tools that are rapidly entering the market.  
  • Sound Editing: Mastering sound quality, enhancing audio tracks, and synchronizing audio with video for a seamless viewing experience.
  • Visual Aesthetics: Enhancing the overall visual appeal of projects through the careful selection of colors, layouts, and design elements.
  • Image Editing: Familiarity with Photoshop is highly encouraged.
  • Post-Production: Combining video and audio elements to create a cohesive final product that aligns with project objectives.

This job requires you to be able to adapt to change quickly in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Need 


  • Ability to research and learn new AI software tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing software. For example, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, VEGAS Pro) and editing sound software (e.g., Adobe Audition or Audacity).
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of audio editing and sound design principles.
  • Experience in synchronizing audio and video effectively.
  • The ability to work under deadlines and a dedication to achieving high-quality results.
  • Ability to be in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods (2+ hours).

Location & Commitments


  • Full-time, direct-hire position in Canton, OH
  • Open to candidates residing in and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Not open to applicants residing in: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C.
  • Core hours: 8 am–5 pm EST, Monday–Friday (minimum 40 hours per week)
  • Some flexibility is required during busy seasons or critical “right-now” moments
