Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems. You will work with a team of talented engineers and data scientists to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python.
• Work with Generative AI models to generate creative content and solutions.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
• Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks.
• Document code, models, and processes thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI and ML deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models and techniques.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of statistical modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
