Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction

    • AI/ML Expertise: 5+ years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI • Programming Mastery: Python (5+ years), Keras (4+ years), Pandas (4+ years) • ML Frameworks & Models: LangChain, GPT-3, GANs, Transformers (BERT, T5), LLMs,LLMOps, RAG pipelines • Time Series Forecasting: Advanced techniques including deep learning models • Databases : Vector databases, DynamoDB, Postgres • Expertise in Synthetic Data Generation and Model Augmentation • Experience with Semi-Supervised and Self-Supervised Learning Algorithms • Proficiency in Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP • Performance Engineering for large-scale ML systems As a Lead Python AI/ML Developer, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering complex AI-driven systems, driving innovation, technical leadership, and execution excellence. You will shape the AI/ML vision and guide the team in developing advanced, scalable solutions using the latest Generative AI and LLM technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Python, Keras, Pandas, and modern frameworks • Spearhead initiatives around Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5) to deliver intelligent, enterprise-grade systems • Oversee the development of data pipelines and engineering infrastructure using Kafka ,Big Data tools, ELK , Aurora DB • Apply advanced techniques in Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Analytics, and Deep Learning • Mentor and lead AI/ML engineers and data scientists; define best practices and ensure team productivity • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions • Drive PoCs, model validation, experimentation, and innovation across Generative AI initiatives • Deploy and optimize machine learning models in production environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI through proper governance, monitoring, and explainability practices • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial • Contribute to strategic planning for AI roadmaps, tool selection, and platform scalability
