AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions to solve real-world business challenges using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases.
• Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Build predictive and recommendation systems using algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and computer vision.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and research trends.
• Implement model monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI model fine-tuning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
