AI/ML Developer

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with building and deploying AI/ML models, and a solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for production-scale applications.

· Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data pipelines, pre-processing, and model implementation.

· Lead end-to-end model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

· Implement best practices for code quality, testing, version control, and documentation.

· Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

· Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and suggest improvements.

· Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

· Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

· 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.

· Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

· Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).

· Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar).

· Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and working with large datasets.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.

· Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, etc.) is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have

· Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.

· Experience in data engineering (ETL pipelines, Spark, Hadoop).

· Exposure to API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

· Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
