What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Finance team — someone who loves diving deep into data, connecting dots, and converting numbers into business impact.

This isn’t a “get a request → build a report” role. We want someone who can think independently , spot opportunities , and add value proactively by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Business and BizFin teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with Business & BizFin teams to drive data-backed decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that actually make an impact.
• Proactively explore data to uncover insights, trends, and hidden opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analytical models and crisp insights.
• Handle ad-hoc analyses with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Ensure data sanity, consistency, and integrity across all reporting layers.

What You’ll Bring:

• 0–4 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
• Strong SQL skills (you should be able to write and optimize complex queries).
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Experience with Python or another scripting language for automation or data manipulation.
• Sharp analytical mindset, curiosity to explore, and the ability to simplify complex data stories.
• Great communication skills — you can make insights simple, visual, and actionable.
• Self-starter attitude — someone who figures things out, not just waits for instructions.

Cherry on Top

• Experience with Zoho Analytics and/or Anaplan .
• Prior exposure to Business Finance / FP&A setups.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments .
