AI/ML Developer (4 Years’ Experience)

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with 4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern ML techniques, frameworks, and model deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement advanced machine learning models using RNNs, CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and fine-tuning techniques.

· Work with pre-trained models and perform knowledge transfer and model distillation.

· Utilize Hugging Face and other ML libraries for model development and deployment.

· Develop AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering.

· Train models from scratch or fine-tune existing models to meet business requirements.

· Deploy models efficiently using ONNX Runtime, TensorFlow Lite, VLLM, or similar frameworks.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science (BSCS) or a related field.

· Experience: 4 years in machine learning, AI, or related roles.

· Technical Skills:

o Advanced ML techniques: RNNs, CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, fine-tuning, knowledge transfer.

o Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.

o Model deployment expertise using ONNX Runtime, TensorFlow Lite, VLLM, or similar.

o Strong programming skills in Python.

· Other Skills: Problem-solving mindset, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication skills.
