AI/ML Developer Required

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with expertise in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models for production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python for ML development and experience integrating models into modern applications. Familiarity with backend development in Node.js or Python is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.

Optimise models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production.

Structure, clean, and manage datasets, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.

Conduct research on new ML frameworks and techniques to enhance existing solutions.

Document workflows, model architectures, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or similar role.

Strong programming skills in Python for ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks).

Hands-on experience with model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Familiarity with data pipelines and microservices integration.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Backend development experience in Node.js or Python (plus, not required).

Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with vector databases and LLM fine-tuning.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Previous work on real-time or large-scale ML systems.
