AI/ML Engineer

Cloudpacer is hiring an AI/ML Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in RAG, vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, and backend engineering using Python and modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-native solutions using Gen AI, RAG, and vector databases
• Develop and deploy chatbots, agentic AI workflows, and decision-making systems
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Preprocess, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world applications
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, PydanticAI, CrewAI, Relevance AI, MCP)
• Knowledge of ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
• Experience with RAG-based systems and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Proficiency in backend frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and deployment pipelines

Good to have

• Experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning, or Computer Vision
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines)
• Prior research or open-source contributions
