We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real-world challenges. The role involves building and optimizing models, crafting effective prompts for LLMs, and integrating AI into production systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Preprocess, clean, and organize large datasets for optimal model performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into applications.
• Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize Large Language Model (LLM) outputs for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and resource utilization in production environments.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and prompt engineering techniques.
• Develop APIs and services for model consumption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning and AI solution development.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, or similar).
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and deep learning concepts.
• Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud ML services..

Nice to Have:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, such as:
• AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker
• GCP AI Platform, Vertex AI Generative AI Studio
• Azure ML, Azure AI Studio
