The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Estimation Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our head office team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for young engineers to start their careers in automation and electrical engineering with hands-on exposure to estimation, proposals, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for automation and electrical projects.
• Analyze client RFQs and specifications with support from senior engineers.
• Support in drafting technical and commercial offers for Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, and PLC panels.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to gather technical details for proposals.
• Work with procurement to obtain pricing and vendor information.
• Maintain and track submitted offers, follow-ups, and project records.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to develop communication and commercial skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate with strong academic knowledge in automation, control, or electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA/DCS, and electrical systems (internship or academic project experience is a plus).
• Strong interest in sales engineering and project estimation.
• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD/EPLAN is an advantage.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
