AI/ML Engineer

Position Summary:

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and machine learning models that solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems, analyze large datasets, and deploy models into scalable applications that support automation, personalization, and decision-making processes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Design and develop machine learning and AI models to meet business needs.
• Work closely with data scientists and business analysts to gather requirements and understand business goals.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise systems, APIs, or front-end applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML and recommend tools and frameworks that align with business goals.
• Document models, pipelines, and workflows for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure ethical and secure use of data, adhering to governance and privacy guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in developing supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical modeling.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Hands-on experience with model deployment using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, or MLflow.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data preprocessing techniques.
• 3+ years in AI/ML development.
