AI/ML Engineer

What You’ll Do

Design and scale autonomous agent workflows, enable reasoning and planning through LLM orchestration, integrate external tools and knowledge sources, and continuously improve system performance, safety, and reliability in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect agent-based AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and coordinated execution.
• Develop and manage LLM orchestration layers, including state, memory, and tool usage.
• Connect AI agents to APIs, vector databases, and structured knowledge sources.
• Build and maintain embedding pipelines and data workflows supporting agent memory and retrieval.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for cost efficiency, scalability, and responsible behavior.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and governance teams to align AI capabilities with business and compliance needs.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering agentic or multi-agent AI systems in real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of transformer-based models and applied prompt design techniques.
• Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with vector databases and scalable data architectures.
• Practical knowledge of cloud-based deployments and MLOps practices (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Preferred Background

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs using PEFT approaches such as LoRA or QLoRA.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, planning methods, or hybrid AI approaches.
• Open-source contributions or research experience in autonomous or agent-based AI systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
