Advantal Technologies is seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our team in building AI-driven network security solutions. The role involves designing, training, and deploying AI models (e.g. LSTM, Isolation Forest etc.), integrating them into a secure backend, and operationalizing the solution via micro services architecture. Furthermore, candidate must be driven to explore new solutions and do protocol level research for solution optimization and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Development

• Design training pipeline and model performance monitoring.
• Design and train deep learning models for anomaly detection and classification using LSTM, IF, and Rule Based detection.
• Build synthetic dataset for protocol.
• Fine-tune thresholds for rule based detection.
• Implement explainable classification logic for model outputs.
• Validate model performance using custom metrics and datasets.

API Development

• Design and develop Python RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask for:
• Raw data ingestion for pre-processing and model training.
• Model inference endpoints
• Trigger calls on anomaly detection.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML (especially on anomaly detection).
• Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development.
• Proficient in Python with experience building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Networking protocols such SNMP, Syslog, BMP.
• Understanding of model deployment, serialization, and performance tuning.

Nice-to-Have.

• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in exploring scholarly articles for enterprise solution.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS design patterns.
