AI/ML Engineer

Role: AI/ML Engineer with Gemini Enterprise
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

NOTE: Candidate must be very strong with Gemini Enterprise and should have end to end experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and integration of advanced Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate must possess expert-level proficiency in the Gemini Enterprise ecosystem (Vertex AI) and a proven track record of deploying production-grade LLM applications. You will be responsible for architecting scalable AI systems, optimizing model performance, and ensuring enterprise-grade security and reliability.

Responsibilities:
Gemini Implementation: Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using Gemini within the Google Cloud Vertex AI environment.
RAG Architecture: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources and vector databases.
Model Tuning: Perform supervised fine-tuning and utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques to align Gemini models with specific business logic.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on model latency, throughput, and accuracy.
Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade safety filters, grounding techniques, and data privacy protocols inherent to Gemini Enterprise.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in an ML-focused role, with at least 1-2 years dedicated to Generative AI and LLM deployment.
Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification is a significant plus.

Gemini Enterprise (Critical)
Deep experience with Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden, and Vertex AI Search/Conversation.
Proficiency in leveraging Gemini’s multimodal capabilities (Text, Image, Video, Audio) and long-context windows (up to 2M tokens).
Expertise in Function Calling and Extensions within the Gemini framework to connect LLMs to external APIs and databases.
