We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud AI/ML Engineer to join our team of engineers creating innovative AI and software products for Enterprise. As a member of our team, you will work closely with AI COE developers and engineers to develop technologies that enhance the capabilities of our BAE systems. Our goal is to create user-driven applications that optimize human-AI performance in the next generation of digital transformation. This job is fully remote

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust machine-learning algorithms, including large language models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Integrate Vortex AI, AWS and MS AI Foundry to develop scalable and secure AI solutions.
• Manage and deploy AI solutions on cloud-based platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement DevOps practices for AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct data discovery and analysis by cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming raw data into usable formats, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience as a Cloud AI Engineer, with a focus on cloud-based AI/ML solutions.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Microsoft AI Foundry, and Vertex AI.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications in AI.
• Proficiency in cloud-based services such as AWS SageMaker, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and AI Foundry.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with Agent + RAG system and its application in data science and AI.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's or Ph.D. degree.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and big data processing (e.g., AWS Glue, Apache Spark).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
