AIOps Architect

We are looking for an AIOps Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AIOps platforms and tools, along with strong experience in data analytics, automation, and AI integration into IT workflows.

The AIOps Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance the overall performance of IT services. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a role focused on AIOps or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AIOps platforms and tools, such as IBM Watson AIOps, Splunk, Moogsoft, or similar.
• Proven experience in implementing AI, machine learning, and automation solutions in IT environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) practices and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics, monitoring, and incident management tools.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or AIOps (preferred).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

• Expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms and their applications in IT operations.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, big data technologies, and cloud computing.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end AIOps solutions that drive operational excellence.
