We are currently seeking an experienced AIOps Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial for revolutionizing our clients' IT operations by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. As an AIOps Consultant at Valleysoft, you will develop, implement, and manage AIOps strategies that provide actionable insights and automation within IT service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service management, specifically in an AIOps role.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps technologies and tools, such as IBM Watson AIOps or Moogsoft.
• Profound understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in IT operations.
• Experience with data analytics, incident management, and monitoring processes.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications in AIOps, data science, or artificial intelligence are a plus.

Skills:

• Expertise in AI and machine learning applications related to IT operations.
• Ability to create and implement AIOps frameworks that drive operational efficiencies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integration.
