We are looking for an experienced and driven Air Cargo Charter Sales Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can take full ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting and negotiation to operational execution. You will excel in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, serving as the key point of contact between client needs and aircrafts availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Business Development & Hunting. Engage potential clients through outbound sales efforts, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and focus on acquiring new clients while expanding relationships with existing ones to meet sales targets.
- Full-Cycle Charter Management. Assess client needs, design quick-turnaround solutions for complex cargo, lead negotiations to close profitable deals, and oversee operations, coordinating and monitoring flights to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.
- Market Analysis. Monitor and analyze air cargo market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to develop sales strategies that position the company as a market leader and anticipate client needs.
- Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly to foster trust, loyalty, and seamless delivery.
- Revenue Growth & Performance Reporting. Achieve sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline status, and market analysis to management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience
- Min 10 years of experience as an Air Cargo Charter Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role specifically focused on air cargo charter services;
- Experience on 737, 757, 777, 747 freighters.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets, with extensive expertise in lead generation and deal closure.
