Role Description

We are seeking an Air-Conditioning and Equipment Supervisor for an on-site, full-time role based in Giza. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems and related equipment within the organization. Key tasks include planning and supervising maintenance schedules, ensuring the proper functionality of equipment, coordinating with staff, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The role requires continuous collaboration to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment for all club facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and address client needs promptly.
• Understanding of Export and Freight processes, especially concerning air-conditioning and equipment logistics, is preferred.
• Experience in delivering Training to staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Technical qualifications in HVAC systems or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment is desirable.
• Previous experience in facility management or a similar supervisory role is a plus.
