Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer with strong expertise in chiller systems, HVAC design, and insulation works. The candidate will be responsible for system design, installation supervision, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain chiller systems (air-cooled & water-cooled)
• Prepare HVAC design calculations, drawings, and load analysis
• Supervise HVAC insulation works (thermal & acoustic) as per specifications
• Monitor installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and ensure efficient operation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Prepare technical reports and site documentation
• Support preventive maintenance and system optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC / air conditioning engineering
• Proven experience in chiller works, HVAC design, and insulation
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and best practices
• Ability to manage site activities and work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
