Air Cooling Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Air Cooling Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of air cooling components in chillers and freezers, ensuring high-quality performance and operational efficiency. This role focuses strictly on the manufacturing and operational aspects, not on designing cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the assembly of air cooling units, including chillers and freezers.

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure proper installation and functionality of cooling components.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot operational issues in production units.

• Maintain and optimize airflow and temperature consistency during manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure safety compliance.

• Prepare technical reports on testing outcomes and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in air cooling systems, preferably in chillers and freezer manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of refrigeration components, airflow dynamics, and thermal management.

• Hands-on experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of cooling equipment.

• Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industrial refrigeration units and commercial freezer systems.

• Experience with performance monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
