A/C Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all air conditioning systems, HVAC, air quality and refrigerator equipment in the hotel are in smooth operation and high level maintenance at all times.
• Ensure that all AC and Refrigeration complaints, requests and maintenance are attended and rectified in a prompt manners. Guest room issues to priorities first.
• Report to AC Supervisor or Maintenance Engineer the success and the updates of all AC & Refrigeration complain, request or projects.
• Work closely with peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program.
• Check the repairing and maintenance of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of electrical and AC equipment, supply and distribution lines and carries out maintenance work on all electrical gadgets installed in the hotel.
• Record and maintain logbooks and day register.
• Monitor the adjustment of pre-coolers, humidifiers, fan speed and preheaters.
• Ensure in keeping air filters changed or cleaned.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and control property temperature.
• Check that ducts are free from vibration and clean.
• Check if everything is clean after the reparation is completed.
