Senior Air Conditioner Sales Executive / China Air Conditioner Import to Dubai Experience Preferred

We are seeking an experienced air conditioner sales professional to lead our business development in Dubai, focusing on air conditioners imported from China (residential, commercial, and central AC units). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the HVAC, strong client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the UAE and Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development* – Plan and execute AC sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

2. Client Acquisition* – Develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and real estate developers

3. Channel Management* – Maintain and expand supply chain and sales network for China-imported AC products

4. Project Sales* – Participate in large-scale commercial, residential, and government HVAC projects

5. Market Analysis* – Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations to optimize sales performance

6. Delivery Coordination* – Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, and installation arrangements

7. After-Sales Support* – Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

Experience in the sales of AC in the UAE in the past three years required

* Experience in selling China-imported AC products in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred

* Strong knowledge of UAE and Middle East AC market channels and procurement processes

* Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred, Arabic is a plus

* Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills

* Valid UAE driving license

* Familiarity with basic AC technical knowledge and installation processes is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* Existing client network in the Middle East AC distribution or contracting industry

* Experience in large central AC or commercial HVAC projects

* Knowledge of UAE energy efficiency certification and import/export regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
