Duties

• Assist senior technicians in inspecting air duct systems for dirt, mold, debris, and other contaminants
• Learn to operate specialized cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rotary brushes, and air whips
• Support the setup and breakdown of cleaning tools and safety gear at job sites
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment during all tasks
• Help document work performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports
• Participate in training sessions to understand duct system components and cleaning techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and work areas to promote efficiency and safety

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn about HVAC systems, air quality, and duct cleaning processes
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, crawling, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or technical trades is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors and in confined spaces as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
