Apprentice / Helper (HVAC)
Pay: Hourly
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time | Monday–Saturday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Entry-level position assisting installers with residential HVAC projects. Ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn a skilled trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems and materials
• Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Support lead installers with daily tasks

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, working in tight spaces)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Pass Background & Drug Check
