Commercial HVAC Dispatcher

Experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher - The ideal candidate will have experience interacting directly with customers, vendors and service technicians.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Dispatch & Communications

• Scheduling/Workload Awareness

• Purchase Orders

• Ordering Parts

• Prompt, Accurate Processing of Invoicing to Customers

• AP Data Entry

Requirements:

• Must have experience dispatching in the HVAC service field. Plumbing is also preferred but not required.

• Multitasking and good record keeping skills are a plus.

• Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Must be an excellent communicator, verbal and written between the customer, the office, and other team members.

• Must be a unifying team player with positive influence, energy and behavior.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
