Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to coordinate and manage service requests for our HVAC team. In this vital role, you will ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and dispatching of technicians while maintaining excellent customer service. Pay DOE.

Duties

• Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms and accurately document details using data entry skills.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using transportation management systems.
• Coordinate with field teams to prioritize urgent repairs and optimize route planning utilizing GPS technologies.
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and vendors through professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
• Track service progress, update job statuses in transportation management systems, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage shipping & receiving logistics for parts using warehouse management tools.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, fleet management data, and service logs to support analysis and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatching within the logistics, transportation, or HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Familiarity with GPS mapping tools, and transportation planning software.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Proficient in data entry with high typing accuracy.
• Analytical skills to assess routing options, freight logistics, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
