Career Advancement Opportunities

Pay Range: $16/hr to $20/hr, depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with OT options)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Take incoming customer calls
Dispatch service technicians to job sites
Debrief service technicians after completion of each call
Forecast workload for technicians
Update customer files
Create service contract proposals for new customers
Maintain maintenance agreements
Make customer survey calls

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including working in MS Office
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
Ability to multi-task

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
