AIR FREIGHT- Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Air Freight Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Driving License Required
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Air Freight Sales(Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase air freight business.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Prepare and deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in air freight sales with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
