Job Title: Air Import Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
The Air Import Customer Support Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing air import shipments, ensuring smooth communication with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams. The role focuses on timely shipment tracking, customer service, and compliance with import regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end air import operations from pre-alert to final delivery.
Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, and freight partners for shipment details.
Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
Prepare and verify import documentation such as AWB, invoice, packing list, and arrival notices.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance and resolve any discrepancies.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle escalations professionally.
Monitor shipment costs, raise job files, and assist with billing and invoicing.
Maintain accurate records and update shipment data in the system.
Ensure on-time delivery and address any operational issues proactively.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Air Import customer support (freight forwarding industry).
Good knowledge of air import documentation and processes.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and Incoterms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
