Air Logistics Airport Warehouse Manager

Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Warehouse Manager (GxP/Healthcare) and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within a highly regulated environment. You will lead daily warehouse activities, oversee shipping and receiving, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, quality, and customer service.

Operational Leadership

• Direct daily warehouse operations including labor scheduling, supervision, space utilization, equipment usage, and productivity.
• Plan and schedule all distribution services (receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damages, maintenance, administrative tasks).
• Develop and implement cost‑effective facility utilization strategies and labor planning based on forecasts.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective order picking and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper flow of finished goods into the warehouse.

GxP / PharmaChain Compliance

• Implement, support, and monitor Kuehne+Nagel PharmaChain processes.
• Ensure full GxP compliance across the team and station(s).
• Enforce adherence to SOPs, Quality Agreements, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with global and country‑specific GxP updates.
• Collaborate closely with Pharma customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Safety, Quality & Facility Management

• Manage safety, security, housekeeping, and sanitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Oversee warehouse equipment utilization and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting.

People Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Lead warehouse supervisory staff to achieve operational KPIs.
• Partner with Branch Manager and Warehouse Supervisor in defining goals and improvement initiatives.
• Provide effective workforce planning, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor adherence to HR policies and regulatory labor requirements.

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership background with experience supervising teams.
• Proven success in automated warehouse environments.
• Experience with inventory systems, personal computers, and material handling equipment.
• Strong customer orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Solid proficiency in planning, staffing, budgeting, and space utilization.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Hazardous materials certifications is preferred.
• Prior experience in Pharma, GxP, or regulated warehouse operations is preferred.
