Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Kuehne+Nagel team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Through proactive communication and problem resolution, you will help drive customer retention, growth, and profitability.

• Own and manage shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requirements and data.
• Monitor shipments proactively and communicate updates to customers.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly.
• Promote and encourage the use of digital solutions for customers.
• Support or lead customer implementations and participate in scalable training programs.
• Drive profitability through spot quotations, upselling, and promoting Kuehne+Nagel products.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operational Care, Revenue Care, Sales, and Procurement.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; vocational training in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborative, adaptable, customer-focused, and driven for results.
