Air Logistics Export Gateway Operations Supervisor

Join our Air Logistics team as an Export Gateway Operations Supervisor and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of air export operations for key customers. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end shipment processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across the gateway. - Oversee daily air export gateway operations for assigned key account customers
- Act as the main liaison between branch offices, airlines, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including bookings, documentation, and consolidations
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely airport delivery
- Track and trace shipments while proactively resolving service disruptions
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy, reporting, and operational compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GxP/GDP)
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance aligned with business objectives
- Support pricing activities, including customer quotations and bids
- Lead onboarding and implementation of new business in coordination with stakeholders
- Manage customer accounts through booking, execution, issue resolution, and billing
- Act as escalation point for operational risks and ensure timely resolution
- Supervise daily workload, coordinate team activities, and support overall operations continuity
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- 3+ years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, or gateway operations
- Solid knowledge of export processes, documentation, and air freight operations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office) with strong analytical and organizational abilities

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
