Job Description


Are you passionate about global logistics, strategy, and driving impactful results?

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Air Pricing Analyst to support our strategic pricing initiatives and RFQ execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and accurate pricing solutions that strengthen our commercial strategy and support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and coordinate RFQs from initiation to completion
  • Review RFQ documentation, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
  • Identify pricing opportunities, risks, and challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to execute strategic pricing plans
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Perform pricing and market analysis using Excel and Power BI
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely RFQ execution
  • Convert and integrate pricing formats based on tools and strategy
  • Gather and validate accurate pricing data for all assigned lanes and tariffs
  • Manage and track responses, compile master files, and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain bid logs and pricing tools in line with company standards
  • Support Sales with pre-engagement for upcoming bids
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting our culture and values

Qualifications


What You Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of the air cargo industry, including pricing structures, processes, and operations
  • Solid understanding of Expeditors’ products, services, and systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formatting, data modeling, complex calculations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Emotional resilience and openness to feedback
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and in a fast-paced environment

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of industry-specific experience
  • College or University Degree, or equivalent business qualifications
