Air Services Coordinator (Project-based)

Join our team as an Air Services Coordinator supporting FIFA World Cup 26™ travel operations! This role is ideal for someone with aviation or airport operations experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where service, coordination, and real-time problem solving are essential.

Reporting to the Senior Air Services Operations Manager, the Air Services Coordinator will help support the day-to-day execution of passenger air operations, supplier coordination, airport logistics, and disruption management. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to help ensure travel plans are delivered smoothly and efficiently in support of a world-class event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of air services operations for passengers traveling as part of FIFA World Cup 26™ programs
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and airport-related partners to support travel requirements and service delivery
  • Assist with flight schedules, passenger manifests, allocations, and booking-related changes
  • Help coordinate special travel requests and support the resolution of disruptions, delays, and operational issues
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks, service concerns, or logistical issues as needed
  • Support communication and coordination across air services, ground transportation, accommodation, and other operational teams
  • Assist with reporting, incident follow-up, and post-event reviews
  • Contribute to event-time planning and live operational support during peak periods

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in aviation, airport operations, airline operations, flight support, or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with flight operations systems preferred
  • Exposure to international or multi-location operations is an advantage

Schedule and Work Environment

Standard working hours are generally Monday through Friday, though flexibility will be required during busy operational periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Some travel may also be required in support of event operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
