We are looking for an organized, customer-focused
Airbnb Property Management Virtual Assistant
to work
on-site
and support the daily guest operations of multiple US-based short-term rental properties. This role involves guest communication, coordination with cleaners and vendors, booking management, and ensuring a smooth hosting experience.
Job Overview
You will manage Airbnb guest interactions, support property operations, update listings, maintain records, and assist with administrative duties. This role combines customer service, hospitality coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Support & Communication

Respond promptly to guest inquiries through Airbnb, phone, SMS, and email.

Provide accurate information on check-in steps, house rules, amenities, and policies.

Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate complex concerns.

Maintain high response rates and ensure a positive guest experience.
Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for turnovers and repairs.

Monitor housekeeping schedules and confirm property readiness.

Assist with check-in/check-out management and guest instructions.

Report property issues and operational gaps to management.
Listing & Booking Management

Update calendars, pricing, house manuals, and availability.

Monitor reservations for conflicts, special requests, or policy violations.

Assist with guest reviews and maintain listing quality.

Ensure listing accuracy across multiple platforms if applicable.
Administrative Support

Maintain organized records in CRM or PMS.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on occupancy, incidents, and performance.

Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or VA roles.

Strong English communication—verbal and written.

Ability to work US hours consistently.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, and general computer tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

Customer-focused approach, patience, and attention to detail.
