Aircraft Cabinet Builder

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Cabinet Builder to join our aircraft interiors team. This role is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing high-quality cabinetry and interior components for aircraft completions.
The ideal candidate has strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering drawings in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aircraft cabinetry, monuments, and interior components
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Cut, shape, and bond materials including laminates, veneers, composites, and substrates
- Perform detailed fitting, trimming, and assembly to tight tolerances
- Install hardware such as hinges, latches, and brackets
- Apply finishes including laminates, edge banding, and surface treatments
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, and finish
- Collaborate with Engineering, Upholstery, and Installation teams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with shop standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cabinet building, woodworking, or related experience
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aircraft interiors, marine, or high-end custom cabinetry
- Familiarity with aerospace materials and processes
- Experience working with composites and lightweight structures
- Understanding of FAA-related quality standards (a plus)

Pay: $24.52 - $35.00 per hour
