Position Goal
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and directing team members to ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Position Responsibilities

Understand and enforce contract requirements, company policies, and customer expectations.

Supervise assigned team members, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Provide guidance and leadership to team members regarding procedures, best practices, safety standards, and regulations.

Communicate clearly with team members regarding operational changes, expectations, and performance standards.
-
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action as needed.

Ensure required training is completed and documented for all assigned personnel.

Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment for employees, customers, and company assets.

Address operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Essential Functions

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in confined or physically demanding environments (as applicable).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift for extended periods of time.

Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and elevated noise levels (if applicable).

Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or on short notice during non-routine operations.

Possess basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and communication.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements (if required for the role).

Successfully pass background checks, drug testing, and security clearance requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Prior experience in operations, cleaning services, aviation, or a related field is a plus.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.
