Job Title: Lavatory-Cabin Cleaning Agent
Company: US Aviation Services - United Service Companies
Shift Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Shift Time: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
Job Summary:
Includes emptying the lavatories on the airplanes as well as cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft according to company, client and Regulatory policies. Specifications and standards there are no lavatories to be emptied.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure a guide person is present before positioning the lavatory truck to any aircraft
-
Position the lavatory truck to the aircraft

Operate lift equipment to service aircraft areas

Check and flush all lavatories after servicing

Dump lavatory truck during the shift and before the end of shift, as needed

Refill lavatory truck with blue fluid as required
-
Notify the next shift of any aircraft not serviced

Comply with all safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards set by the company, clients, and authorities

Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches after completing lavatory and water services, as needed

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Must be at least 21 years of age

Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid, unexpired driver’s license

Ability to read and understand flight schedules

Clock in and out at the beginning and end of each shift, including meal breaks

Report to work in proper uniform and required PPE
-
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
-
Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
-
Demonstrate respectful and professional behavior toward coworkers, airline personnel, and passengers

Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required)

Sanitize and empty aircraft waste tanks
-
Refill potable water systems using specialized equipment

Operate ground support equipment and follow hazardous waste handling procedures

May assist with cabin cleaning and security searches

Ability to walk, bend, stoop, lift, reach, and push for extended periods

Walk and climb stairs frequently to access aircraft and work areas

Work in confined or tight spaces
-
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally

Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
