Aero Maintenance Services is seeking a motivated FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant Technician to join in on our expansion in Sarasota, Florida. Aero Maintenance is a well-established facility supporting a diverse fleet of turbine and piston aircraft.
Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures
- Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and diagnose maintenance discrepancies
- Complete repairs, alterations, and preventive maintenance
- Accurately document maintenance activities and return-to-service entries
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work closely with fellow technicians, and inspectors
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
- Experience maintaining fixed-wing aircraft preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance manuals and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
